1)   What is an electronic statement (e-statement)?

Answer 1)   An e-statement is a paperless account statement that is sent out via an Internet-based distribution system. So instead of receiving your account statement through the mail, you will now access it online. Your e-statement looks exactly like your paper statement, and even includes your check images, but it's faster because you receive your account statement on the first business day following the end of your statement cycle period. And it’s more convenient and environmentally friendly than traditional paper statements too.
