Where is my password?
American Savings, FSB has enhanced the way that you login to Online Banking to further protect the privacy and security of your personal information. In the past, you logged into Online Banking using your User ID and Password - directly from the website home page. Now you'll complete Login with a few extra steps designed to protect your privacy.
Here's how it works:
 | Note: If this is your first time trying to login, please note that you must enroll and be approved by the bank first. Only then will you be able to complete your Login. |
| Step 1: Enter your User ID and enter the Random Code exactly as shown. (The Random Code is randomly generated each time you try to login and is used to prevent fraudsters from randomly selecting User IDs.) Then click the "Submit" button. |
| Step 2: On the next page you will see your User ID again and be prompted to answer one of your Security Questions. If you recognize the Security Question as one of your selected questions, answer it correctly and click the "Next" button. |
| Step 3: Now you should see your personally selected Security Key and be prompted to enter your Password. Now you enter your password and click the "Login" button. |
| Note: These extra Login steps were created for your benefit and are designed to protect your privacy. These Login procedures allow you to see something unique on each page to ensure that you are logging in to the true American Savings, FSB Online Banking site and not a fraudulent replica. |
