If I'm a current user, will I have to create a new User ID and Password?
Yes and no. You will first have to
enroll as a new user on the new system. From there, you can use the same
User ID and Password that you currently use, but you will have to input your
information as if you were a completely new user. Then every time after that
first time, you will login with your usual User ID and Password.
Will my history transfer over with the switch?
Yes. All of your transactional history will
come over with the switchover.
What new features are there?
There are lots of enhanced features and some great
new features! Here is a small sample of some of the more popular new features of
the new Online Banking system:

--- New budgeting feature
--- More alerts
--- Integrated electronic statements
--- Enhanced check services
--- Secure Messaging
Is there an online demo?
Yes. There is an online video that walks you through the
new login procedure as well as an online Demo that explains some of the
Online Banking features.
Is my information still secure?
Of course! Actually, it's more secure. The login process
for the new Online Banking system includes a number of
extra security steps, and there are several new security features built into
the new system's functionality.
Will I have to set up all payees again?
No! All existing payees will transfer over.
What about electronic statements?
Electronic statements are now integrated with the Online
Banking system. So as soon as your statement is available, you can view it!
You can view statements up to one year old and can even save them to your
computer.
Where do I access alerts?
There are many more alerts available in the new system
that are
accessible through the Accounts tab. From there you can look through the
many account alerts available and choose the one that helps you best.
What new features are available
for businesses?
There is actually an ALL NEW Business Online Banking
system that features
all of the functionality of the "normal" consumer Online Banking, but also includes:

--- Wire Transfer requests
--- Account Sweeps
--- Cash Ordering system
--- Tax Payments
--- Integrated Electronic Statements
--- Secure Messaging
How is the login different for businesses?
The new Online Banking
system includes a separate login for businesses, which takes users to
an ALL NEW Business Online Banking including several new features! Ask for
details on setting up Business Online Banking.
How do I use the new mobile banking?
Simply use your smart phone's browser to go to www.ambfinancial.com, just as you would if you were accessing Online Banking
from a personal computer. The site will automatically recognize that you are
accessing it with a smart phone and take you to the mobile version of Online
Banking.
